we have known for years that the Chinese, Russians, Iranians, North Koreans, South Koreans, Taiwanese, Japanese, Germans, Americans, English, Dutch, French and so on are eavesdropping and catching flies and hacking and so on.

How often do you want to hear what we already know?
Or are you afraid that your attention will wane if you don’t get a message about it at least once a quarter?
