Through a statement shared on its social networks, the Cuban Telecommunications Company SA (Etecsa) announced its next promotion of international recharges, which offers, among other things, to sevenfold the balance received from abroad during the offer period .
According to the information shared, the offer will be available starting next Monday, May 6, and will end on Sunday the 12th.
During that time, people who receive a recharge equivalent to between 500 and 1,250 Cuban pesos (CUP) from abroad will receive this amount multiplied by seven.
Additionally, they will have access to Etecsa’s well-known “unlimited” Internet, which will be available between 12:00 am to 7:00 am
This last additional benefit will be valid for 30 days from the date the recharge is received through distributors authorized by Etecsa. The resource can be used on 3G and 4G networks, and will be used to browse national and international sites, as long as the page has not been blocked by the company.
“From May 6 to 12, if you receive a recharge between 500 CUP and 1,250 CUP through our international distributors, you will sevenfold your recharge and you will be able to enjoy unlimited data from 12:00 am to 7:00 am for 30 days,” it states. read in the publication shared by the telecommunications monopoly on the Island.

Likewise, the state company indicated that those who still have a current international offer and take advantage of the promotion will receive additional credit.
“For clients who have a current international offer, they will receive 12 times the amount recharged in their main balance,” Etecsa indicated in another publication.

As in previous promotions, the promotion will only be valid when the recharge is received from abroad, not in stores in Freely Convertible Currency (MLC) or through the Transfermóvil platform.
