Essonne: Evry buys the Château de Beauvoir from Health Insurance

The inhabitants of Evry-Courcouronnes (Essonne) should soon be able to enjoy a new place to walk. The city of Evry has announced that it is in negotiations with the National Health Insurance Fund (CNAM), to buy the Château de Beauvoir and its nine-hectare park. She hopes to be able to open the domain to the public. “We are in the process of finalizing the negotiation. The sale should take place in the coming weeks,” says Medhy Zeghouf, deputy mayor of Evry-Courcouronnes (Together!) in charge of culture and heritage.
