Eschweiler: Retail park changes hands

A private investor has acquired an inner-city retail park at Langwahn 54 in Eschweiler.

The seller of the property, which was built in 2008 with 7,097 sqm of retail space and a good 300 ground-level parking spaces, is a Dutch real estate company, reports the brokerage company Comfort, which was commissioned with the brokerage.

Tenants in the building near the Eschweiler pedestrian zone include Rewe, Penny, Rossmann and C&A. The retail park is part of a portfolio with other retail properties that are sold in retail stores, according to Comfort.
