Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil lead the funeral prayer for his eldest son, Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz or Eril, at Pakuan Building, Bandung, Sunday (12/6) night.
The man who is familiarly called Emil appears to be wearing an all-black outfit and wearing a black cap.
Monitoring CNNIndonesia.comdozens of people attended the funeral prayer which was held in the main room of the Pakuan Building.
One of them is the Deputy Governor of West Java, Uu Ruzhanul Ulum, and leaders from other elements of the West Java Forkopimda.
After the prayer, there was a prayer reading led by an ustaz.
Previously, Eril’s body arrived from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, Banten to the Pakuan Building at around 20.00 WIB. A number of residents had thronged the Pakuan Building before the bodies arrived.
The body of the deceased is buried there. Families also provide opportunities for people who wish to perform funeral prayers or offer prayers to the deceased starting at 22.00 WIB tonight until 08.00 WIB tomorrow.
According to the plan, Eril’s body will be buried in Cimaung, Bandung, on Monday (13/6) morning.
