Jakarta –
Minister of SOEs Eric Thohir reshuffle the composition of the board of directors of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) or RNI. This is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of SOEs SK-377/MBU/12/2021 dated December 2, 2021.
In the decision, Adhi Cahyono Nugroho was appointed as Director of Supply Chain Management and Information Technology of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) or RNI.
In addition, Erick also transferred assignments to two RNI directors. First, Endang Suraningsih, the position was originally Director of Asset Management and HR to become Director of HR.
Second, Thomas Hadinata, whose position was originally Director of Supply Chain Management and Information Technology to become Director of Finance and Risk Management.
President Director of PT RNI (Persero) Arief Prasetyo Adi said this determination was in line with the efforts of the Ministry of SOEs in strengthening RNI’s role in leading Food Cluster SOEs.
“Towards the food business integration process in order to increase the contribution of SOEs in realizing national food security and sovereignty,” in a written statement, quoted on Saturday (4/12/2021).

1. Arief Prasetyo Adi, President Director
2. Febriyanto, Director of Business Development and Control
3. Thomas Hadinata, Director of Finance and Risk Management
4. Endang Suraningsih, Director of Human Resources
5. Frans Marganda Tambunan, Commercial Director.
6. Adhi Cahyono Nugroho, Director of Supply Chain Management and Information Technology
