Epson Guarantees After Sales Service for the Textile Printer Monna Lisa Evo Tre 16, from Warranty to Maintenance

TRIBUNNEWS.COM, BANDUNG – The textile industry business is starting to get excited again after being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic since 2020.

Head of Commercial and Industrial Epson Indonesia, Lina Mariani, said that Epson guarantees after sales service for every purchase of the Monna Lisa Evo Tre 16 textile printer.

“Industrial machines like this are managed directly from Epson Indonesia. So for after sales service will be handled by Epson Indonesia directly. For maintenance at least once a month so that it can still operate optimally. If he buys this, we will give a 1 year warranty, during that time we guarantee service after saleshim,” explained Lina during the Soft Launching of Monna Lisa Evo Tre 16 in Bandung with Bajukertas & Co, Monday (31/1/2022).

Epson Indonesia collaborated with Bajukertas & Co to launch the Monna Lisa Evo Tre 16 textile printer in Bandung, Monday (31/1/2022).

The Epson Monna Lisa Evo Tre 16 is the first Direct-to-Fabric digital textile printer with 16 printheads in Indonesia to support the digital and fashion textile printing business.
