In 2022, between Saint-Priest-en-Jarez, Riorges and Saint-Etienne, 40 integration contracts of six to 24 months are to be providein industry, transport, logistics, recycling, repair and sales.
These positions are aimed at different audiences:
- RSA beneficiary
- ASS recipient (specific solidarity allowance)
- AAH benefit (Allowance for disabled adults)
- Job seeker aged 12 to 24 months or more
- Senior + 50 years old or Young – 26 years old
- Disabled worker
Envie Rhône-Alpes, a social and solidarity economy company currently has two thirds of its salaried workforce in integration. In 2020, it supported more than 300 employees (159 FTEs) in the process of integration into sustainable employment. Of these, 52% were recipients of social minima, 47% job seekers over two years old and 11% unskilled young people.

In addition to the training provided to acquire the skills of a new profession, the company supports job seekers through French courses, digital skills development workshops, mobility aids with the possibility in particular of passing their B permit. In 2020, a total of more than 5,700 hours of training were followed by employees in integration.
