Enrique Robinson Bours, founder of Bachoco, dies

The National Union of Poultry Farmers reported the death of the businessman Enrique Robinson Bours, founder of Bachoco, at 93 years of age.

This afternoon, the business organization published an obituary on social networks where it lamented the death of the businessman in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora.

Enrique Robinson Bours he was currently serving as honorary advisor to Bachoco.

In 1952, together with his brothers, he started in the state with the company, in a small farm with a thousand birds.

Actually, Bachoco Industries is the leader in the poultry industry in Mexico and the sixth largest poultry company in the world. The company began its listing on the Mexican Stock Exchange and the New York Exchange in 1997.
