Emmendingen: Covid-19 case at the Carl-Helbing-Schule Emmendingen – students and teachers placed in quarantine

(sth) As the health department announced on October 3, 2020, a person who tested positive in retrospect attended class on Friday, September 25, 2020 and Thursday, October 1, 2020.

The investigations into the close contact persons in the school have shown that 37 pupils of the grade and four teachers are affected. In coordination between the district office (health department) and the school management, the affected students of the classes and the teachers are sent into quarantine. A quarantine at home will be carried out by October 9th, 2020 or October 15th, depending on the date of risk contact. 2020 will be required. The students will be in distance learning from now on.

Should further steps be necessary, these will be communicated in close coordination between the health department and the school. Required tests for close contact persons will be offered from October 5th.
