On the occasion of the 75th company anniversary, Autohaus Schmolck in Emmendingen wants to celebrate the biggest party in the company’s history. This afternoon, the managing directors Bernhard and Pascal Schmolck, together with marketing director Michael Gleichauf, announced details of the upcoming anniversary celebration.
“This will definitely be the biggest party that Schmolck will celebrate in its 75-year history,” explained Managing Director Bernhard Schmolck during the press conference. Although a food truck festival has been held on the company premises several times in the past, the concept for the anniversary celebration has now been expanded once again.
Live bands, DJ, food trucks. Hospitality stands, wine mile, cocktails, beer, non-alcoholic,…
“We combine an open day with a wide range of food and drinks. 13 food trucks and club stands alone provide a colorful range of dishes. To do this, we combine nine different wine stands from winegrowers from Breisgau and Kaiserstuhl to form a wine mile, supplemented by a range of non-alcoholic drinks and beer,” lists Michael Gleichauf. There are also two cocktail stands and the Alte Wache from Freiburg offers their famous Kalte Sofie.
In a special lounge, former and current Breisgau wine royalty will be available for interesting wine talks and one or two wine tips.
A total of six music bands and bands entertain visitors with live music of all genres and at the end DJ Mr.T will heat up the party properly.
Vehicle road shows, competitions, tuning, test drives, anniversary raffle, “Football Hammer”,…
The car manufacturers Skoda and e.GO are coming with their road shows and, in addition to extensive information, offer lots of action with competitions and hands-on activities.
Of course, interested visitors can find out about the latest vehicle models throughout the day and most of the vehicles can also be test-driven. At the stand of the tire manufacturer Continental, football cannons can have their shooting power measured at the Conti Speed Goal.
The Schmolck accessories and tuning team will have their own stand to show how purchased vehicles can be customized.
In the anniversary year, every buyer who buys a vehicle from Schmolck takes part in a raffle for two cars with a total value of 75,000 euros.
These two anniversary raffle vehicles will be unveiled and unveiled during the celebration.
“All in all, we are organizing the anniversary day with around 50 cooperation partners,” calculates Michael Gleichauf. Around 10,000 visitors are expected on July 9th and we want to offer everyone a very special festival.
There are no particular corona restrictions throughout the festival, but drinking glasses must either be bought on site or brought with you for hygiene reasons.
“We are all looking forward to a very special celebration that we will look back on with joy for a long time to come,” declared Pascal and Bernhard Schmolck unanimously.
