ABU DHABI, 28th November, 2020 (WAM) — Aldar Properties Company ‘Aldar’ announced today that it has entered into an exclusive partnership with ‘Nobu Hospitality’, a fast growing luxury lifestyle brand, to launch a new hotel, residential project with the “Nobu” brand and a restaurant. This development project will establish Mamsha Al Saadiyat as a unique destination.
As part of the partnership, Aldar will develop a 5-star hotel which will include 165 luxury rooms and suites, including Nobu Villa.
The hotel, which is expected to open its doors in 2026, will offer guests and visitors access to Al Mamsha beach and the vibrant seafront, as well as four restaurants and cafes, including the first ‘Nobu’ restaurant in Abu Dhabi , an advanced sports and fitness centre, luxurious swimming pools and large halls for events and conferences.
The development complex, which is located adjacent to the hotel, comprises the first ‘Nobu’ branded residential units in the Middle East and the second in the world including residential units.
The Nobu Residences complex will provide its residents with world-class services and facilities, including elevated gardens overlooking the Guggenheim Museum Abu Dhabi, a modern gymnasium, cinema hall, swimming pools, indoor and outdoor play areas and an exclusive meeting room for residents , where residents and their guests can enjoy exceptional occasions and events.
