Emergency PPKM, This is How to Apply for STRP for Workers in and Out of DKI

DKI Provincial Government Jakarta requires workers who will enter Jakarta to have a worker registration certificate (STRP). This letter was issued by the DKI Jakarta One Stop Service Office (PTSP). Here’s how to submit it.

This rule takes effect from today, Monday (5/7/2021). It was delivered DKI Provincial Government through their official Instagram account.

“The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has imposed a worker registration certificate (STRP) during the Emergency PPKM 5-20 July 2021,” wrote the Jakarta Provincial Government’s Instagram account, @dkijakarta which was seen on Sunday (4/7/2021).

The registration requirements that need to be completed by the applicant are also described by the DKI Provincial Government. For essential and critical sector workers who wish to carry out official trips or office routines, they must include the following:

1. ID card of the applicant
2. Assignment letter from the company (the group can attach their name, ID card number, photo, residential address and destination address)
3. Vaccine certificate (1 week transition period from announcement/statement of vaccine in the near future)
4. 4×6 color photo (the group must attach it to the attachment of the assignment letter).

Meanwhile, individual requirements with needs are to prepare the applicant’s ID card, vaccine certificate and color 4×6 photos.

The DKI Provincial Government provides an exception that does not need to apply for STRP to several ministries/agencies and government agencies, including the TNI, Polri, Bank Indonesia, OJK and so on.

Here’s how to apply for a DKI Jakarta STRP:

1. STRP applicants access https://jakevo.jakarta.go.id
2. Fill in the registration form, upload the requirements and submit
3. File verification by UP PMPTSP
4. Publication by DPMPTSP
5. STRP download at https://jakevo.jakarta.go.id

The DKI Provincial Government ensures that the STRP issuance is a maximum of 5 hours after the requirements are declared complete. Furthermore, the applicant only needs to show the STRP to the officer in the field via the QR code on the cellphone.
