Elon Musk to say SpaceX it is no longer able to finance Internet services Starlink or donate terminal to Ukraine. SpaceX even asked the Pentagon to fund the service.

Now, it appears that Musk and SpaceX’s kindness towards Ukraine has reached its limit. According to a CNN report, SpaceX sent a letter to the Pentagon saying it would no longer fund Starlink’s internet in Ukraine due to rising costs.

In the letter, SpaceX says Starlink’s Internet costs in Ukraine will reach $ 120 million by the end of the year and hit $ 400 million next year. SpaceX has also asked the Pentagon to continue funding.
“We are unable to continue donating terminals to Ukraine or fund existing terminals indefinitely,” SpaceX said in its letter.

The report comes shortly after Musk angered some of Ukraine’s leaders over his peace proposals that were considered more pro-Russia. Ukraine’s Ambassador to Germany Andrij Melynk even told Musk to “fuck”.
