Patent images of the all-electric Nissan Ariya crossover, which was first presented at the Tokyo Motor Show in October 2019, appeared on the Web.

The model in the images is more similar to the presented concept. The most notable changes are the revised lower air intake, new fog lights and the appearance of turn signals. The design of the rear bumper and the small spoiler, the serial model seems to retain.

It is expected that the production of the crossover will begin in 2020, and at the end of 2021 or in 2022, it can reach our country. So, the name Ariya has already been patented in Russia, follows from the publication of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property.

Two electric motors will drive the car, each will be responsible for the front and rear wheels. Two 12-inch screens will be installed in the cabin, high-quality materials for decoration, such as wood and expensive plastic, will be used in the interior. The model will receive a set of ProPilot 2.0 systems that help the driver and, if necessary, know how to drive a car independently.

Ariya will be the first Nissan car built on a new platform for electric vehicles, a line of which in the future will acquire other models.
