Elderly crowd surfer is injured during performance, but has a striking answer when the singer comes to take a pulse

Remarkable moment during a concert by The Killers in Manchester last weekend. The show was briefly halted after a 67-year-old crowd surfer fell to the ground and suffered a head injury. Singer Brandon Flowers came to take a look, but luckily the elderly man was doing well. In fact, the victim came up with a fun response that made both the singer and the audience laugh.
