Eight new cases of infection in Trondheim

The case is being updated.

The municipality of Trondheim announces this in a press release on Tuesday morning.

The infected are:

  1. Person in their 30s. Currently unknown source of infection.
  2. Person in their 30s. Infected by known close contact.
  3. Person in their 30s. Infected by known close contact.
  4. Person in his teens. Infected by known close contact.
  5. Person in their 30s. Infected by known close contact.
  6. Person in his 20s. Infected by known close contact.
  7. Person in his 20s. Currently unknown source of infection.
  8. Person in their 30s. Infected by known close contact.

All have mild disease courses.

1147 tests were performed on Monday.

And climbing center affected

Two students at NTNU have detected infection. NTNU is working on measures there.

An infected person has been at Grip Climbing Center on 5 December in the period between 15.00 and 16.30. Those who have been there during the same period are asked to be aware of their own symptoms and test themselves around 12 December.

As part of a larger infection tracking, all bus drivers in Vy and Tide have been asked to get tested.
