“Egypt’s President El-Sisi meets with Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman in official visit”

Today, Monday, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman, at Al-Qubba Palace, where President El-Sisi affirmed Egypt’s pride in the sisterly Sultanate of Oman and the first official visit of Sultan Haitham bin Tariq to Egypt.

The two leaders affirmed mutual keenness to continue strengthening the distinguished historical brotherly relations between Egypt and Oman in various fields. This was followed by Sultan Haitham bin Tariq’s visit to the new administrative capital, where the Sultan inspected the Masr Mosque, which is one of the largest mosques in the world, with a capacity of 107,000 worshipers.

Sultan Haitham bin Tariq also inspected the City of Arts and Culture in the New Administrative Capital.
