It’s over for Cheyenne! The Voice candidate Fameckoise was eliminated on Saturday June 6 after the semi-finals broadcast on TF1. The 19-year-old singer chose to play Beyonce’s hit “Listen”. Despite a remarkable performance, praised by his coach Lara Fabian and by the other members of the jury, Cheyenne did not win the votes of viewers. It is therefore eliminated at the gates of the final.
The show resumed after a break of several weeks, under special conditions. No audience on the set, but a mosaic of faces projected on a giant screen. If Marc Lavoine, Amel Bent and Pascal Obispo were indeed present, Lara Fabian remained confined to her home in Montreal. The singer appeared on a screen, alongside the other members of the jury.
