The laureats

“Les Croc’s Magnon” (a complete, sustainable and nomadic dish that highlights the flavor of acorns), presented by Oniris Rans, Nantes-Atlantique design school, won the Ecotrophelia France Gold (€ 5,000). The team will represent France at Écotrophelia Europe on October 18 and 19 in Paris.

– Special mention Legumes from the Ministry of Agriculture (500 €): “Ellessi“, Ensaia-Université de Lorraine, Ensad de Nancy and IAE de Metz.
