They worked for months on the solutions to be brought to fight against global warming on the scale of their territory. From October 2021, 100 inhabitants of the nine towns of the territorial public establishment (EPT) Est Ensemble (Bagnolet, Bobigny, Bondy, Le Pré-Saint-Gervais, Les Lilas, Montreuil, Noisy-le-Sec, Pantin and Romainville) participated in a citizens’ convention for the climate.
