Sometimes the government needs to be congratulated. In this case, to the Ministry of Culture and Sports for its eBiblio initiative, an electronic book loan service; a flawless way for reading to spread free and inclusive. Unfortunately, a wicked hand has had to intrude and has divided reading Spain into autonomous communities. That is, a user can only borrow books from their community. Who has come up with such a barbarity? Please think about it: how difficult is it for a person to borrow e-books from any community? That way we add, we don’t subtract. No one’s rights are taken away; only reading possibilities are added for everyone.
