Earthquake in Yecapixtla, Morelos, today December 26, 2019 – Televisa News

An earthquake of 3.6 was recorded five kilometers southeast of Yecapixtla, without so far reporting damage to it, nor to other nearby municipalities.

The Morelos State Civil Protection Coordination (CEPCM) reported that the phenomenon occurred at 7:50 p.m. on Thursday according to information from the National Seismological Service.

The head of the CEPCM, Enrique Clement Gallardo, explained that these types of movements are presented as strong, but of short duration, because they are local earthquakes, superficial of low magnitude and in a small radius near the epicenter, so only in Certain areas were perceived.
