The epicenter is not far from the town of Kumludzha
An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 on the Richter scale was registered today near the Turkish Mediterranean resort of Antalya, CNN-Turk reported, citing the Turkish government’s Disaster and Emergency Management Directorate.
The tremor was recorded at 1:05 p.m. in the Mediterranean Sea not far from the town of Kumludzha and occurred at a depth of 10.96 kilometers.
So far, there is no information about material damage and people injured in the earthquake.
