Initial signs of colon cancer
1- A sudden change in bowel movement.
2- The person suffers from diarrhea.
3- Constipation on a regular basis.
4- A change in stool consistency is a major indicator of the disease.

Regular bouts of bloating, cramping, gas, or abdominal pain should not be taken lightly, as they may be a sign of colon cancer.
sudden weight loss
Unexplained weight loss is a classic sign of cancer, so if you are experiencing all of the above symptoms, and have lost a lot of weight recently, you should definitely see a doctor immediately.
Traces of blood in the stool:
If you notice traces of blood in the stool, do not delay any longer and visit the doctor immediately, because many people delay doing this, as rectal bleeding and also occurs due to hemorrhoids.
However, with time, rectal bleeding due to cancer does not ease and worsens with unbearable abdominal pain, so we must pay attention as soon as any indication appears and not ignore it.
When does the risk of colon cancer increase?
1- Obesity increases the risk of developing seven different types of cancer, including colon.
2- Alcohol consumption increases the risk of infection.
3- Smoking.
4- Lack of physical activity.
5- Following an unhealthy diet devoid of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
