Dzelzs vilks: Celebrating 30 Years on Stage with New Album ‘Jauni’ – Concert Tour Dates and Tickets

Latvian rock group “Dzelzs vilks”, celebrating more than 30 years on stage and celebrating the recently released album “Jauni”, will go on the most ambitious concert tour of the association “Dzelzs vilks. New 30”. The group will open a series of concerts on September 30 in Sigulda, the home town of the group, presenting the album “Jauni” in vinyl record format for the first time.

With 15 studio albums and seven Latvian Music Recordings of the Year awards “Zelta Mikrofons”, the Azote band consistently gathers fans of all generations at concerts, keeping the audience on a strong rock wave at every performance. The group’s classics – the songs “Uijā uijā nikni vilki”, “Ballerina”, “Oranži mati”, “Lauj man tevi” etc., as well as the latest songs from the studio album “Jauni” – the tops of the charts “Ir” and “Tu negaidiji rītus” , as well as “It’s not the end yet” from the popular feature film “Class Reunion”, have embedded not only in the airwaves of radio stations, but also in the hearts of listeners.

The group “Dzelzs vilks” was founded in Mālpils in 1991 by its soloist, guitarist and songwriter Juris Kaukulis, whose timbre of voice, charismatic performance manner and tireless energy cannot be confused with anyone else. Kaspars Tobis (synthesizers), Mārcis Judzis (drums) and Kārlis Alviķis (bass) also play in the group.
