Almost four years of operation Andrej Babiš in the role of prime minister, it is coming to an end within the current mandate. According to the ranking of domestic billionaires published today, compiled by the weekly Euro, has Grandma assets of 68 billion crown. He thus has the sixth place.
Weekly Euro is included in Babiš’s property holding Agrofert, whose formal owner is two trustees funds Babiš’s family.
At the time of Babiš’s inauguration as prime minister, in the second half of 2017, the weekly
Euro numbered his assets at 111 billion crown. Even then, the weekly included the holding in Babiš’s property Agrofert. The weekly justified this by saying that “transfer
shares at the trust funds is, in our view, a ‘special purpose vehicle’ and a real owner
Agrofertu we continue to consider Andrej Babiš personally. ”Decrease in profitability Agrofertu is a key reason for this year’s prime minister’s impoverishment, which amounts to three billion year-on-year crown.
During his tenure as prime minister, however Grandma in total, it lost 43 billion crown, ie by an amount among similarly situated billionaires in the given period unprecedented and above average. Its above average is evidenced by the fact that in the years 2017 to 2021 fell from 2nd to 6th place ranking of domestic billionaires.
