Staying home as much as possible during corona time also offers opportunities, thought initiators of De Reek Draait Door. In this way the idea arose to recreate well-known Dutch TV programs for a special evening of village television on Saturday 13 March.
When people sit at home on the couch at night, there must be something fun on television. There are plenty of Dutch television programs, such as Spoorloos, de Rijdende Rechter, First Dates and Scammers Tackled. But what if you copy those programs?
That is exactly what Reekenaren Bram Bulkens, Maurits Raijmakers, Twan Martens and Loek Willems have done in collaboration with the Kêleströpers carnival association and other well-known and lesser-known Reekeners.

In October they started recording about 30 television programs, which on Saturday March 13th lead to a full evening program that has something to offer for all of Landerd.
In addition to parodies, the Saturday program also consists of an interactive quiz. De Reek Draait Door can be seen on YouTube and TV Landerd on Saturday 13 March
