Dresden: 160 complaints against a brothel! | Regional

Dresden – Ana-Maria Badiu (34) drives up in a white Rolls-Royce, wears Gucci and lives in the Taschenbergpalais. The illustrious entrepreneur from Frankfurt / Main wants to open Dresden’s most luxurious brothel in a few weeks – but there are already 160 complaints from residents!

Brothel boss Ana-Maria Badiu already runs four such establishments in the republic, her husband Werner Kirschner (49) is responsible for marketing.

In 2019 they received approval for the conversion of a GDR office building in the Alttorna industrial park. However, only one street separates the (horizontal) commercial area from the residential area opposite.

Some residents not only find the appearance of the operators in the Rolls-Royce more than dubious. They also hired a lawyer to take action against the building permit.

Lawyer Henrik Karch (49): “As far as I know, there are now around 160 objections to the project. Only the neighboring industrial park was considered for the building permit. However, a brothel is not permitted near a residential area because, according to constant law, commercial prostitution can be expected to involve harassment and violent crime. “

The brothel “Imperial” not only has 28 rooms for daily rent to prostitutes. A bar, a shisha lounge and a barber shop are being built on the ground floor.

In the front yard of the establishment, Kirschner and Badui keep three peacocks in an enclosure. The operators assure BILD that they work closely with the authorities and that they strictly adhere to all regulations.

“We are far from any dingy milieu, have nothing to do with crime,” explains Ana-Maria Badui. Now the city has to find a solution how to get residents and brothel operators under one roof.
