Now it is still not clear exactly why or how long this ban will be, but as far as it is known it is a PERMANENT way. Twitch will not give any information about what happened and neither has the streamer said anything publicly about the situation.
Dr. Disrespect’s Twitch account does not show his user as available and everything has been completely removed from the platform. Many have been speculating that the reason is due to a DMCA (Copyright Law of the Digital Age) but at the same time this was denied by official sources.

Zach Bussey, who reports on the events of Twitch, indicated that there will be no public statement shared by Twitch on the ban, but that he has also heard that it is permanent.
I’ve just been informed that there will be NO public statement made by Twitch – but the corporate communication team is responding to press inquiries.
This is a big one folks. I think Doc is gone. #TwitchNews

Official Twitch Statement:
“As is our process, we take appropriate action when we have evidence that a streamer has acted in violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. These apply to all streamers regardless of status or prominence in the community.”— Zach Bussey (@zachbussey) June 26, 2020
A Twitch spokesperson responds:
A representative for Twitch issued a statement to Polygon after the media reported on the ban. “As is our process, we take appropriate action when we have evidence that a transmitter has acted in violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. This applies to all transmitters, regardless of status or importance in the community »they said.
