Transfers, visits, transport

The Dpcm confirms the ban on travel throughout the country, with the exceptions already provided for so far: “proven work needs” or “situations
of necessity or for health reasons “, while the return to the
domicile or home. Public transport can be filled up to a maximum of 50%. Within the regions the rules change according to the band of the region.

Yellow zone. There remains a curfew from 10pm to 5am, a margin within which only “travel motivated by proven work needs, by situations of necessity or for health reasons” is possible. During the rest of the day it is however “strongly recommended” not to travel by public or private transport, except for “work, study, health reasons, situations of necessity or to carry out activities or use unsuspended services”. Visits to private homes are allowed once a day and within the limits of two more people than those who already live in the house, as well as children under 14 and disabled or non self-sufficient people living together.

Orange zone. It is not possible to enter or leave the orange areas, always except for reasons of work, necessity and return to home / residence, but the “movements strictly necessary to ensure the conduct of teaching in presence within the limits in which it is permitted” are allowed. It is forbidden to move outside one’s own municipality, except for “work or study needs, for health reasons, for situations of necessity or to carry out activities or use services that are not suspended and not available in that municipality”. The rules of curfew and visits to individuals are identical to those of the yellow zone, but movements from municipalities with a population not exceeding 5 thousand inhabitants and for a distance not exceeding 30 kilometers from the relative borders are allowed, with the exclusion in any case of travel to the provincial capitals.
