Apart from exercising, doctor Dhika also provided tips on maintaining health that can be done at home during a pandemic, including:

2. It is important to maintain nutrition. Try to eat a balanced diet of macro and micro nutrients to help your immune system stay in good shape. Macro nutrients are food substances that are needed by the body in large quantities and play a role as the main ingredient in energy production in the body, such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

“Meanwhile, micro nutrients are needed to complement macro nutrients, such as vitamins, calcium and minerals,” he said.

3. Not only physical conditions need attention, mental health must also be considered. It is important for us not to be stressed, for example stressed and anxious due to a pandemic.
