Amsterdam – After the appeal in De Telegraaf, no fewer than 2500 people who have had Covid-19 reported as plasma donors to the blood bank organization Sanquin in four days. They will receive plasma that will be processed into powerful ampoules with antibodies that will become a potentially life-saving medicine for the vulnerable people in our country. Professor of infectious diseases and microbiology Hans Zaaijer explains five questions that potential donors have.
