Lady Gaga’s charity event “Together At Home” brought together a round of stars and a hit donation.
Benefit. 118 world stars like the Rolling Stones, Jennifer Lopez or Beyoncé, 100 songs – from Stand By Me to What A Wonderful World, over 25 million YouTube clicks and up to EUR 118 million in donations by Sunday morning. The One World: Together At Home mega concert curated by Lady Gaga for the heroes of the Corona crisis, which was also broadcast yesterday by oe24.TV, thrilled the whole world this weekend. An eight-hour mix of music, calls for donations and acknowledgments as the biggest fundraiser since Live Aid (1985) “In these times of need, nothing is more important than that we can build on one another”, Stevie Wonder gave the motto.

“Love letter to the world”. After a six-hour internet pre-show featuring Annie Lennox, Rita Ora and Adam Lambert, Lady Gaga started the worldwide TV broadcast for 60 countries with the Charlie Chaplin classic Smile at two in the morning on Sunday. “This concert is a love letter to the whole world!”

Eight hours of music and thanks to all Corona heroes
Heroes. In addition to 20 living room appearances by chart giants like the Rolling Stones, Billie Eilish or Taylor Swift, there were thank you messages from world stars like Victoria Beckham, Michelle Obama or the now cured Corona patients Idris and Sabrina Elba. “It is an honor to celebrate the real heroes of the corona crisis, health workers around the world,” Paul McCartney said from the heart of the world.
