The so-called “hush money” case is scheduled to begin on March 25.

Now Trump is asking that this be put on hold, according to the Reuters news agency.

This until the Supreme Court has decided whether he is immune from prosecution for events that occurred while he was president.

The payment of the alleged “hush money” took place a few weeks before the presidential election in 2016.

– Presidents must be given complete immunity. They must be allowed to do their job, Trump has said.
