There is no peace for the Giallorossi majority who support the Conte government. The Renzians open a new battle front that makes the executive tremble. This time the battleground are the eavesdropping. In the Senate the tussle broke out in the Justice commission on the “Interceptions decree” which must be converted by the end of the month, also passing to the Chamber.
Times are very tight. Davide Pharaoh of Italy Viva attacked the senator of Leu Piero Grasso who proposed to change a passage of the decree that deals with the so-called “vexata quaestio” of the registrations made because authorized for one crime, but which then reveal another.
After a majority meeting last week at the Ministry of Justice with the Guardasillilli Alfonso Bonafede, it had been decided to authorize its use. But there was a limit: the new offense discovered in turn allowed the possibility of interceptions.
