Frankfurt – The squad planning for the 2023/24 season is in full swing at Eintracht Frankfurt. Sports director Markus Krösche has already committed several newcomers and is far from finished with his transfer activities. The SGE amateurs became champions of the Hessenliga last season and were promoted to the Regionalliga Südwest. There will soon be hot duels, including against Kickers Offenbach and FSV Frankfurt.
In order to play a good role in the Regionalliga Südwest, the Eintracht Frankfurt U21s need changes in the squad. With Divaio Bobson, an offensive player is now leaving the club and going back to his Dutch homeland. The 19-year-old joins first division promoted PEC Zwolle.

“With Divaio, a player is leaving us who left his mark on Eintracht Frankfurt both personally and sportively and who has always put himself at the service of his teams – especially with regard to the U19s staying up in the last round,” said Alexander Richter, Head of the NLZ of Eintracht Frankfurt.

“For him, the move to the Dutch Eredivisie is a great opportunity that we didn’t want to deny him because of his merits and his impeccable behavior despite the sporting loss. We wish Divaio all the best for this step,” continued Richter.

The offensive player came to Main from Ajax Amsterdam in 2022 and immediately secured a regular place in the U21s. With ten goals and two assists in 29 appearances, Bobson played a key role in the championship in the Hessenliga and the associated promotion to the Regionalliga Südwest. Eintracht Frankfurt did not provide any information about the transfer fee for the 19-year-old. (smr)
