District of Emmendingen, Freiburg: From April 27: Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau reopens some branches – overview of the opening Consulting Centers

On April 15, 2020, the Prime Ministers of the federal states agreed with the Chancellor that the restrictions to contain the corona pandemic would gradually be relaxed. Since April 20, shops with a maximum sales area of 800 m2 have been allowed to reopen in Baden-Württemberg. There are exceptions for some industries. The Sparkasse has therefore decided to open some of its advisory centers again in the first stage.

As of Monday, April 27, 2020, the Advisory Centers will be

in Freiburg:
– Haslach
– Littenweiler
– Merzhausen
– Moss forest
– Zähringen

in Northern Breisgau:
– Kenzingen
– Endingen

in the Elztal:
– Elzach
– Denzlingen

be open again during the usual business hours. The financial centers in Freiburg (Kaiser-Joseph-Str.), Waldkirch (Damenstr.) And Emmendingen (Am Marktplatz) are and will remain open.

The return to the “new normal” requires a number of measures to protect customers and employees that are currently being implemented. The number of customers present at the same time is limited to 3 – 4 people, adapted to the spatial situation. Compliance with the distance and hygiene rules is a further prerequisite for this step of the Sparkasse, for this purpose cutting discs and guidance systems / barrier tapes are used.

Urgent please:
It still makes sense and is desirable that customers prefer to contact the Sparkasse by phone or email or via the homepage / internet branch. Experience over the past few weeks has shown that many questions and orders can already be answered in this way. However, there is now a limited opportunity to hold face-to-face conversations when this is urgent and essential.
