One of the complications caused by the Coruna virus, is the development of DIC syndrome, Dmitry Morozov, head of the Health Care Committee of the Russian Duma (parliament).
“This process causes blood vessels to clot. It has become clear that one of the complications caused by COVID-19 is the syndrome of the spread of thrombosis within the blood vessels,” Morozov told the newspaper, “Brlamantskaya Gazeta”.
According to the website “Russia Today” Morozov stressed that it is important to make immediate changes to the directives and methods used in the treatment of people infected with Corona virus, and to send this proposal to the Ministry of Health.
