A new way of living in Bagneux, rue Blanchard! Come find out and meet the project team, in the presence of Bagneux elected officials Thursday October 12 at 7 p.m. in the Caillat room.
What is participatory housing?
Future residents are directly involved at each stage of the project’s development: choice of architect, design of common and exterior spaces, configuration of apartments, development of collective rules of life.
It is the future occupants who together imagine their building, the layout of the apartments, the common spaces, the layout of the apartment they want to live in.
The Courtoisie Urbaine agency will support the collective of future residents at each stage of the project, including household financing issues.
For who ?
The project is open to all Balnéols households, to households working in the municipality and to all people motivated by this collective and supportive project.
Where is it ?
At the crossroads of downtown Bagneux and the green belt, a new mixed-use neighborhood on a human scale is being created. Rue Blanchard precisely, a small building with
of common and outdoor spaces is offered in participatory housing.
When is it?
A public meeting is planned to present the project and allow you to register: Thursday October 12 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.Caillat room, 1, rue de la Mairie, in Bagneux
Interested people will then meet once a month, starting in November, to design the project.
