After the hit game Until Dawn, I study them Supermassive Games decided to start a series of eight horrific video games named The Dark Pictures Anthology. In this series is already found Man of Medan, which is the first game. The second will be Little Hope, the game we will be looking at today.
We were able to have some little teasers in the form of easter eggs at the end of Man of Medan but they were very brief and didn’t give us a lot of information except the arrival of a new game of the same style. You will have to make important choices in a given time and which will influence the course of the story.
On August 26, on the Youtube channel of BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment, we had the right to a trailer which, to set the tone of the game, is an interactive trailer that you can find here.
The story is about four students, accompanied by their teacher, who end up in the abandoned city of Little Hope. The city is then invaded by an impenetrable mist confronting the small group with terrifying visions belonging to the past of this village during the XVIIth century during the witch trials of Andover.
They will have to succeed in solving the enigma reigning there before the evil forces and the creature that relentlessly follows them drag them to the depths of the underworld.
The release date would therefore be for October 30, 2020 but the game is already available in pre-order on Steam for € 29.99. The game will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC and will be playable alone, two-person online, or up to six locally.
There is an exclusive collector’s edition only at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Store. This includes:

- a fabric world map of the anthology The Dark Pictures ;
