Since January 16, beneficiaries could apply for it on impots.gouv.fr available until March 31, 2023. The form is no longer accessible.
My application was submitted before March 31, 2023, how can I be informed of its processing and the payment of the compensation?
If you entered your email address when completing the request form, watch your email, you will be informed by email of the progress of the processing of your request:
- you will receive a confirmation message that your request has been taken into account;
- you will receive a message informing you of the payment of the indemnity.
In case of rejection of your request, you will also be informed by email, as well as the reason for the rejection.
If the tax authorities do not have your bank details for income tax purposes in your tax household, you will be notified by email. You will then have to enter them in your secure space on impots.gouv.fr, via the “manage my direct debit at source” service.

I submitted my application several days ago and it is still being processed, what should I do?
The average processing time for a validated file is 15 days.
However, in the event of initial rejection and if an intervention has already been carried out via our services, the taking into account of the corrections may require a longer period of time.

I was unable to validate my online request, what should I do?
In certain very specific situations (number plate format not accepted: certain scooters and provisional registration), the information entered does not allow the form to be validated in order to submit an initial application.
