Director of Dubai Courts discusses cooperation with the Bahraini Minister of Justice

Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director General of Dubai Courts, received Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments in the Kingdom of Bahrain, to learn about the electronic services and best practices adopted by Dubai Courts in the judicial and administrative field, and the most important means that speed up the judicial process and the mechanism used in the implementation of judgments.

The meeting was attended by Dubai Courts, Judge Omar Ateeq Al-Marri, Deputy Director General of Dubai Courts, Judge Issa Al-Sharif, President of the Court of Appeal, and Judge Khaled Al-Hosani, President of the Courts of First Instance, and from the sister Kingdom of Bahrain, Mohammed Abdul-Rahim Bucheery, Assistant Undersecretary for Courts and Documentation Affairs, and Counselor. Dr.. Muhammad Ahmed Moqbel, Advisor to His Excellency the Minister, and Abdullah Muhammad Al-Harmsi Al-Hajri, Director of the Minister’s Office

Al Mansouri explained that the meeting comes within the framework of Dubai Courts’ strengthening of its external relations, and to maintain cooperation between the various parties, to reach confidence in the judicial system locally and internationally, and to achieve the vision of Dubai Courts, which is to reach leading and distinguished courts globally.

For his part, Mohammed Abdul Rahman, Director of Strategy and Future Foresight, gave the visiting delegation an explanation of the organizational structure of Dubai Courts, which includes specialized courts and administrative units. He also explained to them the policy of managing development projects and programs, the flexibility of institutional communication in the department, the most prominent development projects and achievements, and the positive impact of digital and smart transformations.
