The Meteorological Department issued an announcement about Storm “Sanpa” No. 8 (279/2023) stating that at 4:00 a.m. today (19 Oct. ’23) Tropical Storm “Sanpa” was centered at 19.6 degrees latitude. North, longitude 108.4 degrees east, has a maximum wind speed near the center of about 65 kilometers per hour. This storm is moving north.
