Dipta Gianyar Stadium Officially Becomes Venue U-20 World Cup, Renovation Fund of Rp 50 Billion

TRIBUN-BALI.COM, BADUNG – Dipta Stadium, Gianyar, Bali, officially became venue U-20 World Cup will be held in May 2021.

PSSI through an official letter has announced the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar, was chosen as one venue Upcoming 2021 U-20 World Cup.

In addition to the stadium which is a pride for supporters of Bali United, located in Gianyar, there are 5 other stadiums that were also chosen as location plans event biggest next year.

5 other stadiums include Jakabaring Stadium, Palembang, Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta, Jalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung, Manahan Stadium, Solo, and Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, Surabaya.

The Gianyar government immediately renovated the Dipta Gianyar Stadium with a renovation fund of Rp 50 billion.

PSSI appealed to the owners of 6 selected stadiums in Indonesia to prepare infrastructure optimally according to FIFA standards in supporting and succeeding the biggest competition among young people.

FIFA will conduct an inspection in September or October 2021 as a determining reference venue which will be used officially.
