Just days before its official launch, the CPU frequency of the chip was leaked in a Geekbench test, indicating that it will outperform the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy. Now, new details about the Dimensity 9300 have been revealed thanks to the AnTuTu benchmark platform.
According to AnTuTu, the Dimensity 9300 from MediaTek has surpassed 2 million points in its tests. The benchmark reveals that the chip will be composed of four Cortex-X4 cores and four Cortex-A720 cores. These details align with the information previously disclosed by the informant Digital Chat Station. The benchmark test also confirms the presence of the Immortalis-G720 GPU.
The Dimensity 9300 was tested on a device with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. The benchmark yielded results of 485,064 and 899,463 points in the CPU and GPU tests, respectively. As previously revealed by the Geekbench results, the Dimensity 9300 will utilize a ”1+3+4″ architecture with four cores at 2 GHz, three at 2.85 GHz, and one at 3.25 GHz. It obtained 2,139 and 7,110 points in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
With these results, the Dimensity 9300 has surpassed the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which scored 2,234 and 6,807 points in the same test. However, it is worth noting that the A17 Pro from Apple still has a higher score in the Geekbench tests. The listing also confirms that the tested Dimensity 9300 comes with 16 GB of RAM.
