This Sunday marked the start of the new take-out brunch season in Dijon. For this first meeting, African flavors were in the spotlight with a menu prepared by the Ivorian chef Prisca Gilbert and Dominique Dansard ( Dansard House ). At the animation, we found the Jeanette Berger Trio and the vegetable resource. By noon, 275 reservations had already been registered. On June 6, the halls will host “the creators’ brunch” with the Auberge de la Charme , the music group The YellBows and a creators market.
