Detroit – The Detroit Red Wings lost 3-2 to the New York Islanders in their 30th game of the season on Saturday in the National Hockey League (NHL). Thomas Vanek remained on the side of the losers, who gave up a 2-0 lead, without a scorer point. Michael Grabner was not in action in the 3-5 home defeat of the Arizona Coyotes against the San Jose Sharks.
