Otto Hasibuan as National Board of Lawyers of Indonesia (PERADI) intervened in the chaos of Desiree Tarigan and Hotma Sitompul’s household.
According to him, Desiree and Hotma had come to see him at different times.
During the meeting, Otto invited Desiree and Hotma to come mediate about things that have grown so far.
“Desiree came back to me to complain about this problem. I have also met with Mr. Hotma,” said Otto in a video spread on YouTube, Thursday (15/4).
“Where I try to find a way out, mediate between the two parties and in principle Mrs. Desiree is also willing to be mediated and Mr. Hotma is also willing to be mediated,” he explained.
Even this was the presence of Otto as a mediator has been approved by the legal authority Desiree, Hotman Paris Hutapea and Hotma’s attorney.
Currently, Otto is formulating how to best mediate for Desiree and Hotma.
“Currently, the two parties are in the process of mediating the best way to solve this problem,” he said.
“Later, we will first formulate the rules of this mediation game, whether they are directly brought together, whether I am with Hotma then I am with Desiree and then they will be met,” explained Otto.
Even though Desiree and Hotma are there good faith for mediation, Otto could not guarantee that the two of them would be able to reconcile.
“I’m lucky they are willing, they are fine but I can not confirm whether this will work or not in the end,” he said.
