Denver Nuggets defeat Boston Celtics 102-100, ending Celtics’ 27-game home win streak

Denver Nuggets (29-14), current champion, defeated last night as a visitor to Boston Celtics (32-10) by 102 to 100, ending the Eastern Conference leader’s series of 27 consecutive wins at home at TD Garden, in a new day of the regular phase of the NBA.

The Celtics had won all 20 games played this season and added seven from last, completing the series of 27 consecutive victories in their fiefdom.

The top scorer of the game was Canadian Nuggets guard Jamal Murray, with 35 points, eight rebounds and one assist, while Serbian center Nikola Jokic completed a “Double-Double” with 34 points and 12 rebounds and Michael Porter Jr. added 13 points.

On the Boston franchise side, Derrick White contributed 24 points, followed by Jayson Tatum with 22 and Latvian center Kristaps Porzingis added 21.
